I have heard a class action is being mounted against Telstra Mobile by
Australian business using Telstra Mobile phone.
The reason , Telstra Mobile is refusing to register the same mobile
number when being forced to change from the old mobile network to the
new mobile network.
Telstra Mobile information and infrastructure is simply not ready for
change in Feb. 2008.
Which means in 2008 when I change my mobile phone to 3G or other, I'll
have to change my phone number?
Where can I join the class-action against Telstra Mobile phone?
Any information will be appreciated.
By Feb. 2008 it is predicted 80,000 Australia business using Telstra
Mobile phone as their way of communication will be forced out of
business because their mobile number has been forcibly removed or
change.
At the moment 25 millions mobile phones are controlled directly or
indirectly through Telstra Australia Mobile .
Already a large number of business find impossible to keep their old
mobile number with 3G and other new networks.
Which mean business cards , business letter heads, website , local and
overseas customers etc can not be organized and warn by Feb. 2008.
Instead of looking after the Australian business, Telstra Australia is
selling DVD's door to door.
"Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck ....."
Is it technically difficult for Telstra Mobile to allow business
people to keep their same telephone number when changing to the new
3G from now until Feb. 2008?
Technically easy to do.
Why does Telstra Mobile refuses to do it?
Because Telstra Mobile has to find an excuse to rip off the Australian
businesses.
What about the TIO?
The Telecommunication Industry Ombudsman (TIO) is just an other name
for Telstra.
The board of the TIO is fully controlled by Telstra since 1999.
80,000 oz business going baste and 500,000 oz business seriously
affected because Telstra Mobile has no respect for Australian
business. These are the statistics for 2008.
What about the Minister for telecommunications and Howard Government
in all of this?
Interesting to see if theMinister for telecommunications and Howard
Government can control Telstra Mobile?
